If you have special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten-free, Indian vegetarian, or a diet low in carbs, fat, sugar or cholesterol you can speak to the headwaiter or dining room host once you get onboard.
Kosher meals can be provided as long as you contact Carnival Cruises at least two weeks before your cruise.

Carnival Cruises uses special software called Menu Mate to allow the menus to be sorted for food allergies. Waiting staff can help eliminate and dishes containing ingredients you are allergic to to ensure you only choose dishes that are safe for you.
