The updated policies apply to all new and existing bookings.

Final Balance Payment

The Princess Cruises cancellation policy has revised its final payment dates for cruises departing up to October 15, 2020. The final balance payment date has been reduced from 90 days to 60 days prior to sailing for all cruises departing up to October 15, 2020.

Thanks Bob, let’s hope they don’t need to extend it much more but sadly, who knows at present?

I was the passenger on Diamond Princess. After 14 days quarantine in Yokohama I return home in February. The president of Princess Cruises promised refund of all costs to every passenger and also additional cruise credits in amount of this quarantined cruise. I filled the Refund Request Form about two months ago, but till now I didn’t received my refund nor future cruise credits. What do you think when can I have delivered my refund and cruise credits.. Let me mention that future credit is not yet in my Princess.com account.

I would strongly recommend you contact Princess Cruises to ask when your refund and FCC is expected to be sent. You have clearly gone through an awful time.
